Subscription Policy

Gnaw & Order subscriptions are designed to keep dogs on a structured chew routine and to support owners with predictable deliveries.

• Subscription offerings may include 4-week, 6-week, or 8-week recurring delivery schedules for chew boxes or curated assortments.
• By purchasing a subscription, the customer authorizes recurring charges to the selected payment method at the interval shown at checkout until the subscription is cancelled.

• The subscription is billed on a recurring basis on or around the same calendar day as the original purchase, unless otherwise noted.
• The customer's payment method will be charged automatically for each renewal cycle until the subscription is cancelled or paused.
• Prices, shipping costs, taxes, and fees shown at checkout may change over time. Advance notice should be given if the base subscription price is adjusted.

If a Payment Fails

• The system may retry the charge or prompt the customer to update payment details.
• If payment is not resolved within a reasonable period, the subscription may be paused or cancelled.

Customers should be able to manage their subscription through their account or the method provided by the subscription app. Management functions may include:

• ✓Updating shipping address or billing information
• ✓Changing box type or size where applicable
• ✓Skipping an upcoming shipment
• ✓Pausing an upcoming shipment or account
• ✓Cancelling future renewals

Changes must be made before the next billing date to take effect for that cycle.

• Customers may skip or pause an upcoming shipment as long as changes are made before the next billing date.
• Customers may cancel a subscription at any time before the next billing date to avoid future charges.

If a Subscription Is Cancelled After a Renewal Charge Has Processed

• That cycle's order is typically still processed and shipped.
• The cancellation applies to future cycles unless another arrangement is expressly agreed.

If prepaid subscriptions are offered:

• Payment is collected upfront for the full term.
• Boxes ship according to the stated schedule until the term ends.
• Prepaid subscriptions are generally non-refundable once the first box in the term has shipped, except where required by law or in cases of verified product or fulfillment issues.

Gnaw & Order, LLC may modify or discontinue subscription products, box contents, or pricing from time to time.

• If a subscription product is significantly changed or discontinued, affected customers should be notified and may be offered a substitution, continuation under updated terms, or an option to cancel before changes take effect.
• If the base price of a subscription is increased, reasonable notice should be given so customers can review and adjust their subscriptions.

Refunds and returns for subscription orders follow the same rules as the Refund & Return Policy.

• Subscription boxes and chew assortments are generally final sale once shipped, due to the consumable nature of their contents.
• Sealed, unopened items within a subscription order may be eligible for review under the 7-day window and pre-approval process.
• The First Box Fit Promise applies only to a customer's first box or first chew order, and not to ongoing subscription cycles unless Gnaw & Order, LLC chooses to extend a courtesy.

Subscribers agree to:

• Review and follow the Gnaw & Order Chew Safety & Use Protocol for all chews received through the subscription.
• Use products as directed for the dog's size, chewing style, and health status.
