Welcome to Gnaw & Order. These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the Gnaw & Order website, products, subscriptions, and related services offered by Gnaw & Order, LLC, located at 265 N Society Rd., Canterbury, CT 06331. By visiting the site, purchasing a product, starting a subscription, or otherwise using the services, the customer agrees to be bound by these Terms of Service.

These Terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers, account holders, and subscription purchasers. If the customer does not agree to these Terms, the site and services should not be used.

By using this site, the customer represents that the information provided is accurate, current, and complete, including billing, shipping, and contact information. The customer agrees not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, fraudulent transaction, abusive conduct, or misuse of products sold through the site.

Gnaw & Order, LLC reserves the right to refuse service, limit quantities, cancel orders, suspend accounts, or restrict access where there is suspected fraud, policy abuse, misuse of products, or violation of these Terms.

Gnaw & Order sells natural dog chews and related chew products, including single items, packages, introductory boxes, and subscription boxes. Natural products may vary in size, color, texture, thickness, shape, and odor, and such variation does not by itself mean a product is defective.

All chews carry inherent risks, including but not limited to choking, digestive upset, gum or mouth injury, broken teeth, and foreign-body obstruction. By purchasing from Gnaw & Order, the customer agrees to follow the Chew Safety & Use Protocol, supervise the dog while chewing, select products appropriate for the dog's size and chewing style, and discontinue use if a safety concern arises.

All prices, product descriptions, availability, promotions, and shipping offers are subject to change without notice. Gnaw & Order, LLC reserves the right to correct pricing errors, limit quantities, substitute packaging, discontinue products, or cancel orders where necessary.

An order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of the order. Gnaw & Order, LLC may decline or cancel an order for reasons including inventory limitations, address concerns, suspected fraud, payment problems, or product availability.

Gnaw & Order, LLC ships within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. Orders typically process within 1 business day, although processing may take longer during promotions, product launches, holidays, or high-volume periods.

Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. Carrier estimates are not guarantees, and Gnaw & Order, LLC is not responsible for carrier-caused delays once an order has been accepted by the shipping carrier.

The customer is responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Additional carrier fees, delays, losses, or delivery issues caused by inaccurate addresses may be charged to the customer or may limit available remedies.

Refund and return eligibility is governed by the Refund & Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. In general, opened, used, or partially used chew products are final sale for safety reasons, while sealed, unopened items may be eligible for return review within the stated 7-day window, subject to written pre-approval and inspection.

Introductory boxes, subscription boxes, and other curated chew assortments are generally final sale once shipped, except in cases of verified product issues, fulfillment errors, or other circumstances expressly recognized in the Refund & Return Policy.

Gnaw & Order may offer subscriptions on recurring 4-week, 6-week, or 8-week delivery intervals. By purchasing a subscription, the customer authorizes recurring charges to the selected payment method at the interval shown at checkout until the subscription is cancelled.

Customers may manage subscriptions through the customer account portal or subscription management system made available through the site. Depending on the subscription configuration, customers may update billing information, update shipping information, skip a shipment, pause a subscription, or cancel future renewals.

To avoid the next recurring charge, changes must be completed before the next billing date. If a subscription charge has already processed, that cycle's order will typically still ship and the requested change will apply to future cycles.

Gnaw & Order, LLC reserves the right to change subscription pricing, contents, availability, or configuration with reasonable advance notice where applicable.

If customer accounts are enabled, the customer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for restricting access to the account. The customer accepts responsibility for all activity that occurs under the account unless and until unauthorized use is reported.

Gnaw & Order, LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for suspected fraud, misuse, repeated chargebacks, abuse of customer service channels, or violation of these Terms.

Customers may have the option to subscribe to email and, if offered, SMS marketing communications during checkout, account creation, or through other site forms. Marketing consent is optional and separate from transactional communications related to orders, subscriptions, shipping, safety updates, or customer service.

By opting into marketing communications, the customer agrees to receive the selected communication types until unsubscribed. Message frequency may vary, and standard carrier charges may apply to SMS communications where relevant.

All content on the Gnaw & Order site, including text, logos, graphics, photos, product descriptions, layouts, branding elements, and educational materials, is owned by or licensed to Gnaw & Order, LLC unless otherwise stated. No site content may be copied, reproduced, republished, sold, or exploited without prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial shopping use.

The customer agrees not to:

• Use the site or products for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Interfere with site security, code, or normal operation.
• Misuse refund, chargeback, subscription, or support processes.
• Resell products in a way that misrepresents Gnaw & Order, LLC or its guidance.

Gnaw & Order, LLC may investigate suspected violations and take any action reasonably necessary to protect the business, customers, and site operations.

Except where prohibited by law, the site, services, and products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Gnaw & Order, LLC does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the site, error-free operation, or that every product will be suitable for every dog.

Natural chews vary, dogs vary, and individual responses to chew products vary. No guarantee is made that a product will be preferred by, tolerated by, or appropriate for every dog.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Gnaw & Order, LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of the site, products, subscriptions, or services.

This includes, without limitation, losses related to delivery delay, product preference, misuse, supervision failure, veterinary expense, data interruption, account access issues, or business interruption. If liability is found despite these limitations, Gnaw & Order, LLC's total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or order giving rise to the claim.

The customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Gnaw & Order, LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and suppliers from and against any claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of the customer's breach of these Terms, misuse of the site, misuse of products, or violation of law or third-party rights.

These Terms and any separate agreements by which products or services are provided are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms, the site, or any purchase from Gnaw & Order, LLC shall be brought in the appropriate state or federal court located in Connecticut, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Gnaw & Order, LLC may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect operational, legal, or business changes. The most current version will be posted on the site, and continued use of the site or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
